This would be Cedar, ~KazaraYume's awesome character. I'll let him explain her a little better.
"Cedar is not your typical witch. She prefers a Swiffer to a broom. She refuses to wear robes or pointy hats. She refuses to listen to authority. All these together can lead to some chaos… usually with 'big' impacts on anyone that irks her temper or curiosity. She's got a sweet heart, but she doesn't take crap and she's not above ruining a few figures if it'll help someone else she thinks deserves it."
